• First, we discuss the issues your business is facing and where you want it to go. We will normally do this over the phone in a short conversation of between 20 and 30 minutes.
• Then we set up an exploratory meeting, which is sometimes by phone but usually in person, where we explore in greater depth what you and your business need and how we can help you. This takes about two hours.
• If we both agree that it is worthwhile to go further, we will develop a proposal for you. It is essential that we both think that the business will benefit from our working together.

The first two meetings are complimentary and, even if we go no further, just by talking to us you’ll get a better understanding of where you are and what you should do.
